The club has a number of policies which it follows in order to comply with Government, Charity Commission, HRMC legislation and Lions Clubs International Rules.

	Complaints Procedure Policy Have a complaint against our club?  Speak to us first and give us an opportunity to rectify the matter. If you are not happy, this Policy explains how you can escalate it within our National organisation.

	Volunteer Policy Considering helping us out?   This policy explains what volunteering with the club is about, what you can expect from us and what we expect of you.

	Grant Making Policy How do you go about requesting help from the club?   Find out by having a read of this policy.

	Reporting Policy The level of reporting we have to provide in support of grants which we receive from our Parent Body or Lions Clubs International Foundation.

	Standards Board Policy The standards we require to maintain as a Registered Charity and Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

Business Case Document

If a member wishes to propose an event which is likely to incur costs of over £200, the proposal should be accompanied by details of costs and expected revenue to enable a decision to be taken.
